Our refund process is designed to be as transparent and smooth as your Yatra experience. Refunds are calculated based strictly on our Cancellation Policy tiers.
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Once your written cancellation request is approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer) used during the booking.
- Bank Charges: Please note that any convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or bank processing fees incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
- No-Shows: If a pilgrim fails to report at the designated starting point on the departure date, it will be treated as a No-Show. Under 48 hours rules apply, making it 100% non-refundable.
- Weather & Acts of God: The Himalayas are unpredictable. If parts of your Yatra (e.g., helicopter flights, specific darshans) are canceled by authorities due to severe weather or natural calamities, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, proportionate refunds will be issued as per the policies of our local aviation/transport partners.
